Patterson Blues and BBQ Exhibitors
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at this year's Blues and BBQ!
A couple of basics for all exhibitors:
All spaces are 10’ x 10’ and do NOT include tents, tables or chairs.  We recommend a tent since the sun can be bright! 
All exhibitors are to be on site from Noon - 6 PM.  Booths that are broken down before 6pm may not get an approved space the following year.  This is out of respect to our awesome musicians. 
Vehicles are allowed on the field to unload from 10 - 11:45 AM.  At 11:45 AM, all vehicles must be moved to the parking lot.  We may have space to keep your vehicle near your booth if needed, but vehicles that remain on the field may not leave before 6 PM.
* The event is held rain or shine, Noon – 7 PM Saturday and Sunday. Spaces are non-refundable.
We have 3 different options for being an exhibitor at Blues and BBQ:
Craft Fair Vendor
This is for those crafters who want to show off their handmade goods or those small work at home businesses who want to sell their wares.  (Ex. Thirty-One Gifts, Tupperware etc.)  Spaces are $50 a day, (you chose the day you can attend.), or $80 for the weekend. We only allow one type of each vendor (unless you chose to share space with a friend), and each space is for one company only. (ex. Tupperware and Thirty-One Gifts cannot be in the same space.)
Exhibiting Sponsor
Are you a local business that wants to get the word out about how super you are?  Why not come and spend the day with us!  Meet people from all over the Hudson Valley and Connecticut. Business spaces are $225 for one day and $400 for the weekend.
Non-Profit Spaces
Are you a non-profit that wants to get the word out about the good things you do?  Come hang out with us!  Spaces are free but limited.
